RAWLINS — A company based in Gillette has sued two other companies in Carbon County District Court over a payment dispute.

Gases Plus Norco contends in the lawsuit that it is owed nearly $19,000 for materials, labor and services requested by the Louisiana-based PCT Industrial Companies at the Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company.

Sinclair officials deny the claims.

Bill Knickerbocker, manager of the Gillette office of Gases Plus Norco, would not comment on the litigation.
