Sunday: Closed.

Monday: Parmesan pork chop, macaroni and cheese, steamed cauliflower, fruit muffin, peaches and cream.

Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, potatoes and gravy, country trio vegetables, tossed salad, dinner roll and chocolate dream bar.

Wednesday: French bread pizza, three bean salad, baked apples and peaches, rice and raisin pudding.

Thursday: Baked cod, wild rice pilaf, glazed carrots, fruit cup and lemon cheesecake bar.

Friday: French dip and au jus, tri-taters, zippy coleslaw, fresh melon cup and double chocolate cookie.


Sunday: Closed.

Monday: 9 a.m., Yoga; 9:30 a.m., walking; 11 a.m., Scarlet Belles; 1 p.m., cards; 1 to 2 p.m., choose dance.

Tuesday: 9:30 a.m., Public health; 10 a.m., Exercise class, oil painting, computer class; 1 p.m., cards, Yahtzee and massage (by appt).

Wednesday: 9 a.m., First Gold bus, yoga, ceramics; 9:30 a.m. walking, 10:30 chair yoga; 1 p.m., cards and care giver support.

Thursday: 10 a.m., Oil painting, exercise class; 10:45 a.m., books aloud; 1 p.m., cards and bingo.

Friday: 9 a.m., Quilting, yoga, ceramics; 9:30 a.m., walking; 10 a.m., strength class, Senior Singers; 1 p.m., cards.

The Campbell County Senior Center at 701 Stocktrail Ave. is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Hot lunches are served each day at noon. A $3.50 donation is suggested.
