"We don't decorate our houses, we decorate the community," Rollin Juby, a journeyman lineman for the city of Gillette said with a laugh as he handed a stocking decoration to fellow lineman Jim Wenzel. The two, along with City Foreman Steve Necklason, spent much of the day driving through the streets of Gillette picking up the large metal decorations, which normally are attached to light posts. After retrieving nearly 150 ornaments that can weigh up to 50 pounds each, the three stored them in the city's warehouse until next Christmas.
