Operation Christmas Child

Northeastern Wyoming does its part when it comes to helping provide shoeboxes full of goodies for children around the world

Posted: Thursday, October 4, 2012 12:00 am

A rowdy group of seven children scurried through the Dollar Tree store on Wednesday night on a mission to find the perfect Christmas gifts for children they have never met.

Tristan Anderson, 10, sorted through his basket filled with a variety of knickknacks that will go to about 10 boys from different parts of the world so that they can have a gift to open on Christmas. One boy will get a dominos set, another a toy car, or potentially a monster truck, a yo-yo, or a foam football.
