Who's to blame for lag in state education data?

Once press release points to breakup of the department, the other to staff turnover

The Wyoming Department of Education won't be able to collect data the State Legislative Office needs to produce a fiscal summary as usual, after the recent legislative session.

While State Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill blames the shake up of the department following passage of Senate File 104, education department Interim Director Jim Rose said the fault was employee turnover in the department over the past 26 months.
