Families used to take care of cemetery

Posted: Tuesday, August 21, 2012 12:00 am

I would like to comment on Lila Kindt's Aug. 17 letter to the editor regarding the cemetery and the condition of the area around Ruth Plunkett's grave site.

I was not at Ruth's graveside service, but I do remember Ruth well. She was indeed a gracious lady with a warm smile, and I am sorry that her graveside conditions left something to be desired.
