JOHN STRIDER HOLIMAN, 42, of North Carolina, waived his preliminary hearing in Circuit Court and was bound over to District Court on Dec. 10 on a count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He was pulled over by the Wyoming Highway Patrol on Nov. 29 for speeding on Interstate 90 about 15 miles east of Gillette. When the trooper approached the car, he smelled a strong odor of raw marijuana. After a search, 60 pounds was found in two large duffel bags, according to court documents.
