AUBRAE DANNIELLE MAXWELL, 26, 401 E. Boxelder Road Apt. 108, was bound over to District Court on May 1 after Circuit Judge Wendy M. Bartlett found probable cause to suspect her of aggravated assault and battery. She is accused of throwing bottles and knives at a man on April 18 after they had partied the night before. When she confronted him with another knife, he grabbed her, picked her up and knocked her to the ground. In the process, he was cut on the left forearm. When he was trying to clean the wound in the bathroom, she confronted him with a serrated bread knife, saying she would finish the job, according to court documents.
