PATRICK JOSEPH REGAN, 21, Denver, waived his preliminary hearing in Circuit Court and was bound over to District Court on Feb. 12 on a count of felony possession of marijuana. He was driving a car Oct. 26 that was pulled over for not having a visible registration. After a drug dog indicated on the car, a search turned up more than a pound of marijuana in different flavors. While Regan’s friend and passenger, Shayne Trujillo, claimed the marijuana was his, Regan told officers he knew the pot was in the car, and he also had about a quarter ounce for his personal use, according to court documents.
