LARAMIE, Wyo. — Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman whose remains were found north of Laramie two years ago.
The Laramie Boomerang (http://bit.ly/QQd7gP) reports the remains were found Sept. 9, 2010, by a sheepherder on the Warren Livestock Co. property near Roger Canyon Road.
Detective Cpl. William Meyer with the Albany County Sheriff's Office says the skeletal remains were those of a woman between the ages of 30 and 50 and who was between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-4 and weighed 105 to 120 pounds.
An autopsy determined the woman's body was in the area between the fall of 2009 and the spring of 2010.
Meyer says he believes the woman died under "suspicious circumstances."
