SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A global company with a division specializing in protein and flaxseed is breaking ground Monday on a 40,000-square-foot cereal ingredient processing facility in Sioux Falls
The Glanbia Nutritionals Ingredient Technologies plant in northwest Sioux Falls is expected to begin operations in July. City and company officials will be gathering Monday for a 4 p.m. groundbreaking ceremony at the site.

Glanbia Nutritionals is a division of of Kilkenny, Ireland-based Glanbia, a $4.2 billion company with operations in 14 countries and exports to 130 countries.
