INTERFERENCE
MICHAEL L. WORK, 60, 4404 Wigwam Blvd., was found guilty Dec. 21 of interference with a peace officer. Circuit Judge Wendy M. Bartlett sentenced him to 180 days in jail (credit for 134 days served).
BATTERY
MEGAN M. SMITH, 23, 208 W. Tonk, was found guilty Dec. 19 of battery of a household member. Circuit Judge Terrill R. Tharp sentenced her to seven days in jail (six days suspended, credit for one day served), fined her $440 and placed her on six months of unsupervised probation.
BREACH OF PEACE
CAMERON L. GARCIA, 41, 1000 Stanley #6, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to two counts of breach of peace. A third charge of aggravated assault and battery, a felony, for threatening someone with a drawn deadly weapon was dismissed by prosecutors. Bartlett sentenced him to 30 days in jail (17 days suspended, credit for 13 days served), fined him a total of $830 and placed him on six years of supervised probation. He originally had been charged with three counts of aggravated assault for reportedly threatening three people March 4 with a .40-caliber handgun.
UNLAWFUL CONTACT
STACEY L. MUNSON, 33, 7135 Robin Drive #4, was found guilty Dec. 20 of unlawful contact. Another count was dismissed. Tharp sentenced her to a day in jail (already served) and fined her $450.
STALKING
BRAD E. RUSSELL, 43, 2150 N. Highway 14-16, was found guilty Dec. 20 of stalking. Tharp sentenced him to 30 days in jail (29 days suspended, credit or one day served), fined him $440 and placed him on six months of unsupervised probation.
DRUGS
GARY M. MCLEOD, 35, Sheridan, was found guilty Dec. 19 of defrauding a drug or alcohol test. Tharp sentenced him to 30 days in jail (29 days suspended, credit for one day served), fined him $590 and placed him on six months of unsupervised probation. He also was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance in pill form and possession of marijuana. Tharp fined him a total of $830 on those two charges.
GREGORY M. KELSEY, 21, 401 E. Boxelder #103, was found guilty Dec. 20 of possession of marijuana. Circuit Judge Fred R. Dollison sentenced him to 45 days in jail (all suspended), fined him $525, and placed him on one year of unsupervised probation.
GARY A. MORIN, 54, 308 Sierra Circle, was found guilty Dec. 21 of possession of marijuana. Tharp sentenced him to three days in jail (all served) and fined him $340.

Fines include any order to pay court costs, a contribution to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund and attorney fees.
