LARRY D. WERNER, 53, Arvada, was found guilty Feb. 28 of driving while under the influence of alcohol, his third offense within 10 years. Circuit Judge Wendy M. Bartlett sentenced him to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended, credit for one day served), fined him $1,160 and placed him on 18 months of unsupervised probation. More
