CHEYENNE — The Daniels Fund has awarded about $1.5 million in grants to Wyoming nonprofits that serve youth, seniors and the homeless.
Grant recipients include the Boys & Girls Club of Central Wyoming, the Bright Futures Mentoring Program of Cody, the Central Wyoming Rescue Mission of Casper, the Johnson County YMCA and the Ten Sleep Senior Center.
The Daniels Fund will award a projected $3.3 million in grants to Wyoming nonprofits in 2012.
Areas it funds include substance abuse, amateur sports, early childhood education and youth development.
