David Alan Krog, 60, formerly of Gillette, died Friday Feb. 8, 2013, in Seguin, Texas, after a brief struggle with cancer.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery chapel in Gillette. A reception will follow at the Moose Lodge.
Mr. Krog was born March 6, 1952, in Miller, S. D., to Dale C. Krog and Beverly Joan (Johnson) Krog.
He is survived by his two daughters, Chrystal Lucas of Seguin and Michelle Muffley of Peachtree City, Ga.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; mother, Beverly Joan Krog of Gillette; sister, Betty Champlin of Gillette; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry; a granddaughter, and father, Dale.
