Memorial services for Dustin Young of Gillette will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012, at the Fishing Lake in the Edwards Shelter.
Dustin died Sunday, July 22 , 2012, at his home in Gillette.
Dustin Wayne Young was born Nov. 11, 1983, in Evanston the son of Wayne Russell and Tonya Ruth (Fletcher) Young.
He attended school in Gillette.
At the age of 18 he began working in the oil and methane fields as a roughneck. He was employed by Rebel Testing until a week preceding his death.
His hobbies included hunting, fishing and four-wheeling. He loved spending time in the Bighorn Mountains. Dustin enjoyed getting together with his family and friends and loved his nieces and nephew dearly. Dustin always will be remembered by all who knew him for his crazy ways, how he could make them laugh and the kind heart very few saw.
Dustin is survived by his mom, Tonya Young of Gillette; stepfather, Jeffrey Hespe of Gillette; sisters, Heather Dawn Young and Michelle Young, both of Gillette; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne R. Young, niece, Serenity Young, grandfather, Wendell Young and cousin, Alycia Kaye McCreary.
