From the Wild West to Hollywood: Mont. native earns four Oscars

A Sidney, Mont., native who began working in payroll at Paramount Pictures 30 years ago has now earned a stake in four Academy Awards.
Kevin Buxbaum, whose sister, Denice Treloar, lives in Gillette, has moved up in the ranks of Hollywood over the last three decades. Most recently, he worked as the financial controller and an associate producer on “Life of Pi,” a film based on the book of the same name about a young boy and a Bengal tiger who form a bond after surviving a shipwreck.
