James Connolly

James “Rob” Connolly, 44, of Sheridan, formerly of Gillette, died Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at his home in Sheridan surrounded by his family after a courageous three-year battle with pancreatic cancer.
A celebration of life will be schedued at a later date.
He was born Feb. 5, 1968, in Sheridan to Robert and Rita Connolly.
He grew up and attended schools in Sheridan, graduating in 1986.
He later married Leann Marie Toma on June 11, 1994. Together they had three children.
He worked as an HVAC tech at Long’s Plumbing and Heating and Larry’s Inc in Gillette. The last five years, he has worked with Prill Brothers Inc. in Sheridan.
He liked fishing, hunting, being in the mountains, working on cars and especially spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Connolly is survived by his wife, Leann of Sheridan; children, Carissa, Nick and Matt, all of Sheridan; parents, Robert and Rita Connolly of Sheridan; brother, Rick Connolly of Sheridan; sister, Michelle Phelps of Sheridan; several aunts, uncles; and three nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
