CASPER, Wyo. — A Mills man accused of molesting two girls has struck a plea deal with prosecutors.
The Casper Star-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/S9Yi9 ) David Roy Wilson entered an Alford plea Monday to one count of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor. Under an Alford plea, a person does not admit guilt but acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence for a conviction.
Wilson is accused of molesting a girl during a game of hide and seek in March, and then molesting another girl at his home.
His plea deal calls for a maximum sentence of four to seven years in prison.

Curiosity is getting me. If they have enough evidence for a conviction, why the h*** are they going for a plea deal with people like this? It seems to me, it is just showing that molesting kids isn't taken seriously. 4-7 yrs. Out in 3 probably...ridiculous. Tuesday, October 30, 2012|Report this
This is truly sad that we live in fear everyday surrounded by sex offenders!! Law abiding tax paying citizens should benefit from the justice system, not the low life scum who are raping our children! Saturday, November 3, 2012|Report this
