JACKSON — A Jackson man has pleaded guilty to attacking a police officer.
The Jackson Hole News and Guide reports Nathan Maggard pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony interference.
Maggard was arrested in June. He is accused of attacking Jackson officer Jamie Colvin when she intervened in a disturbance Maggard allegedly caused by trying to take a cab that already had a fare.
A police report says Maggard slammed Colvin into several tables and a metal trash can before she subdued him.
Maggard said in court he was intoxicated at the time.
