Man suing Menards over plywood mishap

MITCHELL — A Huron man who says he was paralyzed when sheets of plywood blew off a loading cart and struck him in the head at the Menards store in Mitchell is suing the home-improvement retailer.
Ronald Jensen and his wife, Bonita, seek unspecified monetary damages for the Aug. 1 incident in which Ronald Jensen says he lost the use of his arms and legs.
Menards acknowledges the incident happened but denies any negligence.
