Robin Bowler, 56, passed away at Campbell County Memorial Hospital on Feb. 11, 2013.
She was born in Webster, Mass., on Sept. 11, 1956, the first daughter to H. Richard LePage and Syliva Marie (Beckwith) LePage.
Robin had lived in Gillette since 1998. She was a wife, mother, sister and daughter; and friend to many more. She was a vibrant, loving and stubborn woman who survived numerous illnesses, including a diagnosis of six months to live ... 13 years ago.
Her love of her Native American heritage, and of the Lord Jesus Christ, spawned a hobby of making jewelry and decorating walking sticks. Her passion was her grandchildren, with whom she shared her love of music and storytelling. She worked as a social worker in her prime, and took great joy and satisfaction in working for nonprofit organizations where she gave a helping hand and hope to many.
Robin is survived by her husband of 28 years, James A. Bowler of Gillette; daughters, Amanda (Kevin) Quam and Jami (Carl) Joerger, both of Gillette; mother, Sylvia Marie (Beckwith) LePage of Titusville, Fla.; brothers, Scott (Donna) LePage of Casper, David (Denise) LePage of Woonsocket, R.I., and Delwyn Attletweedt of Gillette; sisters, Paula (Tony) Ojeda of Ennis, Texas, Kristen (Tim) Harris of Titusville, Fla., Lisa LePage of Titusville, Fla., Jeanne (Richard) Root of Casper and Lavone Wenn of Casper; Sandra (Steve) Long of Casper; grandchildren Austin, Angelena, Calysta and Christopher; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews, all of whom will miss her.
She was preceded in death by her father H. Richard LePage, and by her mother and father-in-law Eva Louise and Glen Attletweedt.
Memorial Services will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 25, 2013, at the Casper Community Church, 249 N Wolcott in Casper, Wyo.
