Funeral services for Thelma Dean Landers will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at New Life Wesleyan Church with Pastor Billy Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Pisgah Cemetery.

Thelma Landers, 81, of Gillette, Wyo., died at her home on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, of pancreatic cancer.

Thelma Landers was born on July 18, 1931, in Oak, Neb. the daughter of Homer and Mildred (Mullinix) Drohman. Thelma enjoyed being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed skiing, gambling, cooking, parties, traveling, knitting and animals.

Thelma is survived by her children: Pamela (Larry) Harrell of Gillette, Wyo., Ron (Sibylle) Hampton of Harkington, Switzerland, Gail (Bill) Belmont of Rozet, Wyo., Eleanor (Jim) Wineteer of Billings, Mont., and Vicki (Bruce) Nelson of Buffalo, Wyo.; four brothers; one sister; 11 grandchildren: Brett Harrell of Belgrade, Mont., Nicole Wimmer of Rapid City, S.D., Kevin Wineteer of Billings, Mont., Jason Sandy of Gillette, Wyo., Myron Means of Fort Collins, Colo., Michelle Nichols of Gillette, Wyo., Stephanie Bacon of Moore, Mont., Georgia Sandy of Gillette, Wyo., Reagan Means of Gillette, Wyo., Meagan Sundquist of Gillette, Wyo. and Jamie Hampton of Harkington, Switzerland, 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Landers in 2009, daughter Elaine Hampton in 1971, son Roger Landers in 1993 and her brother Donald Drohman.
