Rapscallions Barbershop Owner Trevers Chapman gave Lance Pennington his first haircut in about two months Friday.

Pennington’s mother used to own a hair salon and taught him the importance of regular haircuts. That’s part of what made the last couple of months difficult as COVID-19 restrictions had kept personal service businesses like barber shops, hair salons and gyms closed.

When might MOST of the City employees go to work instead of sitting at home getting paid with taxpayer dollars while other City employees MUST work? How fair is that? No supervisors or Managers anywhere to be found. Drinking you say? Working side jobs? Enough is enough. Go back to work, practice social distancing or use PTO time and not my tax dollars!
