Gillette residents led by Rep. Scot Clem, R-Gillette, want Campbell County Health trustees to adopt a policy that takes treatment options regarding vaccines out of doctors’ hands and places them with the board.

About a dozen people attended Thursday’s Campbell County Health board meeting upset because they said there are physicians under the CCH umbrella who won’t take patients who are not vaccinated.

Keep it up, Rep. Clem! The continued encroachment of technocratic policies and restrictions must be opposed; these "so-called" experts should not be able to dictate how we live in the supposed "land of the brave and home of the free". I am tired of nanny-state chicken little's forcing their opinions on the rest of us. One-size does NOT fit all. In the words of the late, great Ayn Rand: "The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities."
