The Gillette City Council seated its second new member in the last three months Tuesday.

Gregory Schreurs was selected to replace Shawn Neary to represent Ward 1 on a unanimous vote that came after about a 50-minute executive session. Neary resigned Aug. 4 after accepting a men's basketball coaching job at Montana State University-Billings.
