Buffalo Wild Wings is set to open Aug. 4, just in time for football season. Dave Sims, project supervisor for the Gillette restaurant, says he expects substantial completion to be finished Friday, and all that will be left is some touch-ups.

General Manager Joey Goeders and hospitality manager Katie Peace are in the process of hiring 150 employees, including servers, bartenders, hosts and cooks. Interested applicants can visit a temporary office in the Powder Basin Shopping Center between Adriano’s and Famous Footwear.

Among the numerous televisions, Buffalo Wild Wings will also feature seven 100-inch TVs and plans to host fantasy football parties in the fall.

Above, Rick Eiland, co-owner of Sign Boss, and production employee Regan Pickrel, left, install individual channel letters on the south side of the building Monday and will install the west side sign Tuesday. The letters are illuminated by energy efficient LED lights, and accent lighting will be added later.
