County asks departments to reduce budgets by 15%-25%

In the summer of 2016, Children’s Developmental Services saw its state funding cut by $209,000. That was after it had trimmed $200,000 from its budget compared to the previous fiscal year.

Bob Tranas, executive director of the Children’s Center, said his department is still feeling the effects of those cuts. And the hits just keep coming.
