The city of Gillette continues to move forward with plans to expand the Energy capital Sports Complex after it agreed to spend more than $200,000 on an engineering study for future development.

The City Council hired PCA Engineering of Gillette for $207,500 to develop designs for two new multi-purpose fields at the Energy Capital Sports Complex as well extending the parking lot.
