The Campbell County Geographic Information System team has created an online dashboard to help the public stay informed regarding the latest coronavirus information in the community.

The new tool is available on the front page of the the county’s website, ccgov.net.

The dashboard includes an overview that provides a visual representation of current COVID-19 statistics in graphs and charts. A second tab highlights county demographics, which can be used to help local officials plan and prepare their responses. The third tab provides an overview of coronavirus cases by county across the Wyoming.

The fourth tab links the user to the Wyoming Department of Health’s COVID-19 Map and Statistics, and the fifth tab provides an overview of statewide demographics. The sixth and final tab takes the user to the Johns Hopkins COVID Dashboard, which provides global and national level COVID-19 data.

Two of the widgets within the platform — the statewide map displaying the counties and the Campbell County cases — are hosted by Johns Hopkins, which may result in temporary discrepancies as data is updated. Johns Hopkins also combines lab-confirmed and probable cases for a total count of cases.
