Campbell County Clerk Susan Saunders is a veteran of overseeing elections and said Tuesday's record-setting one was a success for local voters and officials.

The county set records for ballots cast with 19,733, which is 7% more than the previous record set in the 2016 presidential election when 18,353 people voted.
