The Council for Community Services is refusing to let the coronavirus pandemic derail its plans for the 16th annual Empty Bowl Auction. The event, originally scheduled for April, has been re-imagined to be held completely online Wednesday through Saturday.

The online-only auction will open at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, and people can place bids until 7 p.m. Friday. A gun raffle will take place at the auction’s close Friday and will livestreamed on the agency’s Facebook page.
