With COVID-19 accelerating many global industries into a technology-driven future, Campbell County Health also adjusted over the past year to a sudden change to online, remote health care services.

The use of telehealth, or virtual patient care, boomed nationwide during the past year and may have staying power in the industry at large. After a slow start in Campbell County, the past year has placed a higher priority on telehealth in the health care system’s long-term planning.
