At least we know these people actually know how to write and fill out a form.

The books being challenged come right off the Mass Resistance site, which is a known hate group. That site even shows what to say on library challenge forms. As a group, Mass Resistance uses the tactic of challenging a lot of books all at once to put an increased burden on a library responding to challenges in the timely manner of 30 days. There is now a Wyoming Mass Resistance group in Gillette with ties to the Mass Resistance Organization.
