For the last few weeks, residents have debated on social media about whether Campbell County should use Optional 1% Sales Tax money to fund Gillette Reproductive Health. Tuesday, that debate moved from Facebook to the Campbell County Commissioners meeting.

It was the first commission meeting since the courthouse reopened to the public. The chairs in the commission chambers were spaced at least 6 feet apart and every seat was filled. Nine people spoke during the meeting’s public comment period and the agency’s director, Julie Price Carroll, presented later during the meeting.
