Elixir; noun, a magical or medicinal potion. Yep, that’s dihydrogen monoxide all right!

Dihydrogen monoxide exists in three forms; a solid, a liquid, and a gas and it defies the laws of physics. Necessary for the existence of every living thing on earth, it covers 71% of the surface of the earth and makes up about the same percentage of the human body. It consists of three atoms, two atoms of hydrogen glommed onto one atom of oxygen. These three atoms form the molecule we know as H2O, common everyday water. Being both practical and convenient water has become very popular.
