In March 2016 between Peabody and Arch, 465 people lost their jobs.

It wasn’t due to regulations, so we can’t blame Congress or the then-president, and it wasn’t due to the great recession so we can’t blame Congress.

Bruce, Do you have your head in hole or did you miss when Obama changed the regulations at power plant so they would have a hard time burning the western coal, or any coal. I think Sir, that that's what hurt the coal industry, as most of those plant were burning coal even when the natural prices were down! You need to do better research!
