DRUGS IN JAIL
A felony charge against BRANDY LOAGUE, 30, has been remanded to Circuit Court after plea negotiations resulted in a reduced charge. Loague had been accused of taking drugs into jail after she turned herself in May 3 because she had outstanding warrants. She was advised about taking drugs into jail and told deputies that she had nothing on her. But while admitting her, they found a black sock hanging out of her jacket that had a spoon and piece of cotton ball that had amphetamine residue on them. She said someone had given the sock to her and she didn’t know what was in it, according to court documents.
