DRUNKEN OR DRUGGED DRIVING

HARLAND TAYLOR, 31, Casper, was found guilty Sept. 8 of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Circuit Judge Wendy M. Bartlett sentenced him to 60 days in jail (37 days suspended, credit for 13 days served), fined him $270 and placed him on two years of unsupervised probation. He also was found guilty of possessing marijuana and sentenced to 30 days in jail (17 days suspended, credit for 13 days served) and fined $200.
