JASON S. BRAGDON, 40, pleaded guilty Oct. 1 to stalking. In a plea agreement, prosecutors will recommend an imposed 2.5- to five-year prison sentence and he can argue for less. They’ll also recommend he pay restitution for counseling costs incurred by the victim. Court documents indicate that a woman had a stalking protection order against him that was served March 24. On April 2, he allegedly drove to her workplace, where she was in front smoking, and yelled obscenities at her. She told him he was violating the protection order and he left, but returned twice more that day and yelled at her. He texted her after deputies contacted him, then four more times in two hours. On April 3, he called her three times and texted her four times.
