The Gillette College men’s basketball team will have a new look next year after finishing 15-16 last season, starting with the addition of a pair of Gillette high school standouts.

Trey Hladky, a two-time Wyoming Gatorade Player of the Year for Campbell County High School, has committed to the Pronghorns after playing a season at Chadron State College in Nebraska last year.

It's about time... A "Community College" should be loaded with players from Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, and neighboring states. It should provide area athletes with an opportunity... as opposed to bringing in players from "Who knows where". Instead of one "token Wyoming player" the roster should include a majority of Wyoming athletes. Perhaps that would also benefit the pathetic attendance numbers that I witnessed at last year's games.
